What we collect

When you submit the form, Aetherward receives the name, email address, organization if provided, inquiry type, and message you choose to send. Do not submit passwords, credentials, client secrets, regulated personal data, exploit material, or sensitive production evidence through this form.

How we use it

We use the information only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, establish scope, and protect the intake channel. The website does not intentionally store the inquiry body in its application database. The delivered message is retained in Aetherward’s business mailbox according to operational and legal needs.

Abuse prevention

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals such as IP address, user-agent information, and browser characteristics; it does not receive the text entered into the form. Aetherward also derives one-way keyed hashes from the submitting network address and normalized email address for short-window and daily rate limiting. Raw network addresses and email addresses are not stored in the rate-limit table. A short-lived aggregate daily counter provides a hard circuit breaker, and stale rate-limit records are routinely removed.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare processes the form request and security check. Proton processes the delivered business email. These providers may process limited technical and message data as needed to operate their services. Aetherward does not sell contact-form information or use it for advertising profiles.

Your choices

You may contact us directly at contact@aetherward.org. To ask about an inquiry or request deletion where applicable, use that same address. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or an active business relationship.
